Qualifications
Michael Smith holds a Masters Degree in Executive Coaching from Chester University, and is a graduate of the Royal Air Force Staff College, the equivalent of today’s MBA (Defence). He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a Certified Management Consultant. Rebekah Gilbert has a Masters Degree in Management from City University and a First in Voice Coaching from the Royal Academy of Music. She holds a number of Diplomas in Wellbeing and Stress Management
CPD
Michael and Rebekah are currently undertaking joint Doctorates in International Search and Executive Coaching with Middlesex University.
From March 2009 they will be able to offer clients a range of psychometric assessments.
Griffonage maintains a permanent programme of industry and business research.
Code of Conduct
Griffonage operates within the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council Codes of Conduct. In addition, we maintain professional indemnity insurance, and our own ethical and environmental policies.
All assignments are completely confidential. The only circumstances where we need to involve third parties are when using international recruitment researchers and where a client wishes us to provide a specialist adviser who will have been personally vetted by Griffonage and managed by Michael and Rebekah.

Membership
Through Michael and Rebekah, Griffonage is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the British Voice Association, the Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Directors, and the Society of British Aerospace Companies.
Supervision
Both Michael and Rebekah are professionally supervised as coaches.
